The Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the first and third Wednesday each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Hall Council Chambers, unless otherwise posted

- SU22-0015: Request for a Special Use to Pathway Vet Alliance, LLC to permit an animal hospital (Forest View Animal Hospital) for the property located at 1744 W. Algonquin Road.

- Request for variations from the Zoning Code including: (1) a Variation from Section 9-9-1-E to allow a building height of 66' instead of the permitted height of 45'. (2) a variation from Section 9-9-1-D-4 to permit a front yard setback of 16' instead of the permitted 30' for the equipment structure, a front yard setback of 26' instead of the permitted 30' for the pump house, and a front yard setback of 20' instead of the permitted 30' for the axillary transformers (3) a variation from Section 9-3-3-C-3 to allow a fence to be installed in the front yard.
