Village Board

Village Board Meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall Council Chambers, unless otherwise noted.

Standing Committees

The Standing Committees of the Village of Hoffman Estates meet regularly each month. The members of the Board of Trustees sit on these statutory committees. The purpose of these committees is to recommend policy decisions to the Village Board as a whole.

The following Standing Committees meet on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall Council Chambers, unless otherwise noted:

• General Administration and Personnel
• Planning, Building and Zoning
• Transportation and Road Improvement

The following Standing Committees meet on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall Council Chambers, unless otherwise noted:

• Finance
• Public Health and Safety
• Public Works and Utilities

Volunteer Commissions

The Volunteer Commissions of the Village of Hoffman Estates serve in an advisory capacity to the Mayor and Board of Trustees. These commissions are comprised of volunteers who either reside or work in the Village of Hoffman Estates.
