The Multimedia Division oversees the cable television franchise, HETV programming, video production, and most audio/visual functions. The division acts as the liaison with the cable television provider Comcast, as well as AT&T’s U-Verse video service. The division handles residents’ concerns regarding cable television and other video and telecommunications services. The division monitors federal and state telecommunications legislation and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) actions that could affect the Village.

HETV
The Village of Hoffman Estates has a municipal access channel, HETV Cable Channel 6 (Comcast) or Channel 99 (AT&T U-Verse). Download the current HETV schedule.
