The Village of Hoffman Estates Code Enforcement division is dedicated to property maintenance issues and conducts investigations of properties that do not promote a healthy and safe atmosphere for Hoffman Estates residents.

If you suspect a violation, a report can be made by calling Code Enforcement at 847.781.2631 and state the address and violation. You may also report a violation using the Village's Q&A System.Your property maintenance concern will be assigned to one of our Code Inspectors who will investigate and provide proper notice to the owner of the property where a violation is found. The Code Inspector will provide a deadline and monitor the property until compliance is reached. Please note, all complaints made to the Village will remain anonymous.
