The Village Board of Trustees is the Village's governing body. The Village Board consists of the Mayor (Village President) and six Trustees, who are elected at large and serve a four-year term.
The Village Board meets on the first and third Monday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Village Hall Council Chambers, unless otherwise noted.
Standing Committee Meetings (Special) & Village Board Meeting

The Standing Committee Meetings originally scheduled for March 23, 2020, will be held at 7 p.m., immediately followed by the Village Board Meeting.
This meeting is being held via telephone and can be viewed on HETV Channel 6 (Comcast)/Channel 99 (AT&T UVerse). Village Hall will not be open to the public due to COVID-19 restrictions. Public comments and any responses will be read into the public meeting record. You may submit public comments via email in advance of the meeting to Village Manager Jim Norris at jim.norris@hoffmanestates.org. All comments must be received before 5 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2020.
