The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Wednesday, December. 16, 2020, at 7 p.m in the Village Hall Council Chambers.

Due to restrictions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, meeting attendance is limited to 10, and priority will be given to Planning and Zoning Commissioners, Petitioners, and Staff. The public is strongly encouraged to use virtual means to observe and participate in the meeting.  To participate virtually, you may contact planning@hoffmanestates.org to request the meeting link. You may also submit public comments via email in advance of the meeting to planning@hoffmanestates.org. All comments must be received before 5 p.m. on the date of the meeting. Public comments will be read into the public meeting record.
