Holiday lights can be recycled at Village Hall from Monday, December 2, 2024 - Friday, January 31, 2025.

Electronics Recycling
2024 Recycling Dates: Monday, April 1 - Monday, November 11

Mondays, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Village Hall (1900 Hassell Road, Hoffman Estates). Electronics recycling is weather permitting. This program is in conjunction with the Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County (SWANCC). Drop-off is only available to Hoffman Estates and other SWANCC community members, proof of residency is required.

Spring Branch Pick-Up
Spring 2024 Branch Pick-Up begins the fourth week in April. Dates are also published in the March/April and May/June Citizen.

Zone A - Begins the week of April 22 at 7:00 am. All streets north of the I-90 Tollway and all streets west of Route 59.
Zone B - Begins the week of April 29 at 7:00 am. All streets within the boundaries of north of Golf Road, south of the Tollway, east of Barrington Road, and west of Roselle Road.
Zone C - Begins the week of May 6 at 7:00 am. All streets within the boundaries north of Schaumburg Road, south of Golf Road, east of Barrington Road, and west of Roselle Road.
Zone D - Begins the week of May 13 at 7:00 am. All streets within the boundaries north of Schaumburg Road, south of Golf Road, east of Roselle Road, and west of Plum Grove Road.

Recycling Extravaganza
The 2024 Recycling Extravaganza takes place Saturday, August 24 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm in the parking lot of Village Hall (1900 Hassell Rd).

Fall 2024 Branch Pick-Up begins the fourth week in September. Dates are also published in the September/October Citizen.

Public Works Open House

The 2024 Public Works Open House takes place Saturday, November 2 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at a temporary location, Village Hall (1900 Hassell Rd), due to heavy construction by the Public Works Center.
