The Facilities Maintenance Division provides for custodial and mechanical system maintenance and repairs at the Village’s ten principal buildings, totaling approximately (250,000) square feet. Planning and management functions also provide support for various Village construction and improvement projects to ensure functionality and quality. Technical assistance to the NOW Arena operations staff is provided on a regular basis.

Selected 2023 Accomplishments

• Replaced roofing cooling unit for the Village Hall server room.
• Installed new carpeting in (3) main conference rooms at Village Hall.
• Removed and installed new flooring in the northwest stairwell landings and stairs at the Village Hall.
• Remodeled the Village Hall Regan conference room.
• Replaced atrium wall pack lighting fixtures to new LED fixtures at Village Hall.
• Assisted with the NOW Arena suite remodeling.
• Assisted with the NOW Arena floor coating.
• Cleaning and coating of the exterior masonry of the Village Hall.
• Replaced the rear sliding door and threshold at fire station 23.
• Participated in selecting the new fire station construction manager and architect.
• Removed and installed new roofing on the Village Hall stairwells.
