Bike Patrol

In the event your bicycle is stolen or misplaced, this registration information will help us return it to the owner if recovered. Hoffman Estates bicycle licenses are free and do not need to be renewed.  It is good for as long as you have your bike.  Always remember to lock your bike up, wear a helmet and obey all the traffic laws, signs and signals.  On most roadways, bicyclists (including those on electric bikes or low speed vehicles such as scooters and mopeds) have the same rights and responsibilities as other roadway users.
