As of July 1, 2021, Delta Dental is the Village's dental insurance provider.

Delta Dental is the nation’s largest dental carrier with two comprehensive networks of contracted dentists. 
The network is determined between the provider (dentist) and Delta Dental, so as a user, there is no network to select.   The benefits are the same as the plans with MetLife.

“Delta PPO & Premier Networks Overview” – provides an overview of the networks within the plan. 
You will still have the ability to see dentists outside of Delta’s networks, but your plan dollars will go further by seeing contracted dentists in either the PPO or Premier networks.

Delta Dental member cards contain an Alternate Designated Number (ADN), not your Social Security Number.  One ADN will be used for all covered members of your family.  

• Member's can register online through the website www.deltadentalil.com (see attached “Member Connection” flyer to register)

• Delta Dental also has a smartphone app – Note dependents covered do not automatically populate in the app, you will have to add them if you wish to do so
