Mayor, Clerk and Trustee Swearing-In Ceremony
The Village of Hoffman Estates will host an official installation ceremony for individuals recently elected to the offices of Village President, Village Clerk and Village Trustee on Saturday, April 27, at 9:30 a.m. at the Village Hall, 1900 Hassell Road. Elected officials taking the oath office are William D. McLeod for the office of President, Bev Romanoff for the office of Clerk, and Karen Mills, Michael Gaeta and Gayle Vandenbergh for the office of Trustee. During the April 9 election, residents voted to reelect McLeod, Romanoff and Mills, and elected Gaeta and Vandenbergh to their first terms in office. The ceremony will take place in the Helen Wozniak Council Chambers, and will be followed immediately by light refreshments. Judge Arthur L. Janura will administer the swearing-in ceremony. The event is open to the public, and all are welcome to attend.
