Capitalizing on the groundwork established by the Joint Transit Plan (JSP) completed in 2003, the Village of Hoffman Estates has identified the need to develop operating plans for flexible transit service routing options. The resultant Plan outlines detailed recommendations for implementation of flexible transit service options based upon the recommendations of the JSP; an examination of existing transit services; user travel patterns, needs, and desires; and service operational characteristics.

The Open House will provide an overview of the planning process and discussion of the recommended service design alternatives and implementation priorities for the Village of Hoffman Estates Flexible Transit Service Operations Plan.
