The Illinois Attorney General's office is pleased to invite you to a "Help for Homeowners: Mortgage Resources" event at Community Recreation Center, located at 505 N. Springinsguth Road in Schaumburg, on Saturday, Aug. 11, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. At this free event, advocates and counselors from the Illinois Attorney General's office will provide homeowners with information on homeowner rights, foreclosure prevention and obtaining no-cost assistance locally and throughout the state. Several lenders will also be on site to assist their borrowers.
