The Hoffman Estates Environmental Commission and the Schaumburg Environmental Committee invite you to Environmental and Recycle Day on Saturday, Nov. 13, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This family-friendly event will be held at the Schaumburg Prairie Center for the Arts, 201 Schaumburg Court in Schaumburg. Admission is free.

This year's special exhibit features alternative fuel vehicles, an all-electric car and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) Fishing Conservation Trailer. The event will also feature live rattlers of Illinois, Midwest Greyhound Rescue and 25 other conservation exhibitors.
