The Environmental Commission invites residents to join them at the Evelyn P. Tyner Interpretive Center in Glenview. Groups will form at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for guided tours of the "green" building and Air Station Prairie. Members of the Commission will be present to assist attendees. The fee is $5 for adults; however, the first 25 adults will receive a $2.50 discount courtesy of the Commission. Children 15 years old and younger are free. Parking is available on Compass Road, Lehigh Avenue, and at the Metra commuter parking lot at Compass and Lehigh. Click here for more information on the venue.
