The Department of Health and Human Services will host a seasonal and H1N1 flu clinic, which is open to both children and adults of all communities.

Seasonal flu shots and seasonal flu mist are available for children, and do not contain a preservative.

H1N1 flu shots are also available for children and adults. This vaccine does contain a preservative. Please note that the second dose of H1N1 is given one month after the first dose for all children nine years old and younger. You must bring documentation of H1N1 shot number one to receive the second dose.

Cost for children ages six months to adults is $5 for residents of Hoffman Estates and Schaumburg, and $7 for all other communities. Seasonal flu shots for adults 19 years and over is $20.
