The Youth Commission will host a basic computer programming workshop for third through sixth grade students on Saturday, May 30, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Village Hall. Participants will create their own 3-D animated movie using "Alice." Alice is a unique software program created by Carnegie Mellon University. This free class will teach the basics of computer animation in an interactive atmosphere. Registration is required, and is limited to the first 10 kids. Light refreshments will be served.
