All communities are welcome. The cost is $5 for the Village of Hoffman Estates, Village of Schaumburg and Hanover Township; $7 for all other communities. Payment should be in the form of cash or check. AllKids insurance is also accepted. This clinic is for children who are uninsured or underinsured.
