The Cultural Awareness Commission is proud to present Hispanic Heritage Day on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The celebration will take place in rooms 105 and 106 at the Hoffman Estates Park District Community Center & Ice Arena, 1685 W. Higgins Road. Come out and enjoy live entertainment and refreshments. Children will also enjoy our "Guess the Name of the Country" game. The Commission is also proud to present featured speaker Dr. Monica Saavedra, Assistant Director of Health and Human Services for the Village of Hoffman Estates.
