The Village of Hoffman Estates Arts Commission is
hosting a digital photography workshop on Saturday,
March 23 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Village Hall, 1900 Hassell
Rd. Led by professional photographer Jim Hojnacki,
this free workshop will cover the basics of digital photo
editing using images from cell phones, DSLR or point
and shoot cameras.
This course will cover accessing images, editing software,
white balance correction, retouching flaws, cropping,
adjusting saturation, and other topics. Jim will also
critique images edited by participants supplied on SD
or Compact Flash cards. Space is limited; registration is
