The Village of Hoffman Estates, in collaboration with project consultant Teska Associates, is hosting an open house event to gather feedback for the Village's Zoning Code Update project on June 21, 2023, from 5 to 6 p.m. at Hoffman Estates Village Hall, 1900 Hassell Road.

The purpose of the open house is to provide an opportunity for the community to contribute valuable insights and opinions about project components like residential variations, electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, and signage regulations.

The Zoning Code Open House serves as an important platform for residents and business stakeholders to actively participate in shaping the future of their community. Feedback gathered will impact decisions regarding the Village’s zoning code, taking a forward-looking approach to ensure it aligns with community vision and needs.

Attendees will have the opportunity to review proposed changes to the zoning code, examine maps and visual aids, and engage in meaningful discussions with project representatives. Village staff and consultants will be available to answer questions and address concerns.
