The Standing Committees listed below will meet at 7 p.m. in the Village Hall Council Chambers. This meeting can be viewed on HETV Channel 6 (Comcast)/Channel 99 (AT&T UVerse) and via streaming on the Village's YouTube channel. Due to restrictions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, meeting attendance is limited to 25, and priority will be given to Standing Committee members, meeting participants and staff. The public is strongly encouraged to use virtual means to observe and participate in the meeting. You may submit public comments via email in advance of the meeting to Village Manager Jim Norris at jim.norris@hoffmanestates.org. All comments must be received before 5 p.m. on the date of the meeting. Public comments and any responses will be read into the public meeting record.
