With free admission, free parking and free activities for the whole family, this community picnic is a perfect chance to celebrate the Village we all call home. Food and beverages will be offered at a reduced rate – check your September water bill or visit the Village Hall to pick up a $0.50-off coupon!

There will be plenty to keep the kids busy, with inflatables, games and prizes, including a 60th anniversary ball drop! Artists will be offering free face painting and balloon creations, and there will be a “touch-a-truck” opportunity featuring police, fire and public works vehicles. The Hoffman Estates Park District will be on hand with kids’ crafts and their popular climbing wall. The event will also feature door prizes and live music, with Leaders of the Pack performing hit songs from the era of the Village’s 1959 incorporation. Finally, there will be a raffle with fabulous prizes once every hour and a larger grand prize at 3:30 p.m. Want to take home a permanent souvenir? Don’t miss your chance to bid on custom-decorated 60th anniversary bag games in our silent auction. All proceeds from the sale of bag games will be donated to the Hoffman Estates Self-Help Fund and used to assist residents in need.
