The Cultural Awareness Commission is proud to celebrate the community's diverse culture by sponsoring a Hispanic Heritage Day Fiesta on Saturday, Oct. 1, from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Village Hall, 1900 Hassell Road. Enjoy an afternoon of the sights, sounds and tastes of Hispanic culture. Activities include Latin dance, food, light refreshments, arts and crafts, and, of course, the popular piñata.
