The Arts Commission is sponsoring an Oktoberfest-themed open-air event, Platzkonzert, on Saturday, Sept. 10. This celebration of all things German will take place at the Virginia Mary Hayter Village Green located on Prairie Stone Parkway off Route 72 in the Prairie Stone Business Park.
