The Citizen's Utility Board (CUB) will be visiting the Village Hall, 1900 Hassell Road, and making a short presentation about residential utility bills, including electricity, natural gas, and home telephone service. Unfortunately, CUB does not interpret cell phone billing.  

Residents should not bring their bills to the presentation - there will be an opportunity for personalized review of home utility bills two weeks later, on Friday, April 8, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hoffman Estates Village Hall.

Although walk-ins at the clinic may be accepted, appointments are the best way to secure a spot and reduce wait time. To register for the April 8 one-on-one consultation, leave a message at 1-877-782-7005, or email events@citizensutilityboard.org using subject line, “Hoffman Estates 4/8.”
