The Hoffman Estates Arts Commission is proud to present a dramatic review of Cokie Roberts' new book, "Capital Dames: The Civil War and the Women of Washington," by actress Jenny Riddle. This event will take place on Thursday, Feb. 18, at 1 p.m. in the Ed & Mary Hennessy Room at the Village Hall.
