Schaumburg Township and Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH)
are hosting the fifth annual Community Wellness Day, a free event open to the public to promote
individual health and safety by providing information from over 30 community agencies. 

Many free health screenings include:

• Skin cancer, memory, hearing, podiatry, A1C glucose screenings by local health providers.
• Blood pressure, bone density screenings and flu shots.
• Pneumonia, shingles and flu shots. For these immunizations, call (847) 895-1600 prior to attending and have your prescription insurance information available to schedule an appointment.
• 10 minute chair massage by Harper College masseuse students
