The Celebrations and Sister Cities commissions, in conjunction with the Schaumburg Township District Library, invite you to attend a historical portrayal of Coco Chanel, the most significant fashion designer of the 20th century, and one of the most influential women of all time.
Join us on Saturday, May 16, from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Village Hall. Annette Baldwin, former fashion director for Marshall Field's, will present the life and experiences of Coco Chanel.
Baldwin's love for architecture, vintage clothing and art enables her to bring life and passion to her presentations. Baldwin's historical portrayals have been seen by audiences in nearly 200 communities in 18 states.
There is no charge for attending this program, but a voluntary donation of nonperishable food items or a monetary donation benefiting local food pantries is appreciated. Light refreshments will be served. Reservations are required by May 13, so call Sue at 847-781-2606 to reserve your spot today!
