During the Aug. 3 Children's Clinic, Alexian Brothers will provide physicals for students pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. The cost is $10 for those who are uninsured, underinsured or have AllKids (cash or check, only). Appointments are required. Call 847-781-4850 for more information. Shot records are required.
