The Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce, Sears Holdings Corporation, Cabela's, Daily Herald, and Hoffman Estates Community Bank are sponsoring the 19th Annual Fishing Derby.

The event includes tagged fish worth $10 to $100 (sponsored by local businesses) and even a tagged fish worth a $1,000 Cabela's gift card. There will be door prizes and t-shirt giveaways as well as a visit from Ronald McDonald around 10 a.m. Food vendors will be onsite. No fishing license required. There are no age or residency restrictions.
