A Zoning Verification Letter is an official document that verifies the current zoning of the property for insurance purposes, environmental assessments, loan servicing, and more.

It is not intended to provide any outstanding building and/or fire code violations, copies of certificates of occupancy, historical building permits, or other documents. Such requests should be made separately via the Village's Freedom of Information Act Request online by clicking here.

There is a $100.00 fee per parcel for the verification letter. All Zoning Verification Letter requests are processed within ten (10) business days.
