Following months of feedback and refinement, a draft of the proposed Hoffman in Motion Transportation Plan is now available for review. The community is invited to review the draft of the plan and share any additional thoughts prior to adoption.

From online surveys to the Summer Hang to pop-up events, residents and businesses showed up in amazing ways to help shape the future of transportation in Hoffman Estates. This draft plan features the planning process overview, community engagement by the numbers and feedback takeaways.

Top Priority Locations:
Throughout the engagement phases, the community consistently highlighted these key areas for transportation improvements and increased connections:

• Triphahn Community Center - better connections to this community hub
• Barrington Road & Golf Road - enhanced safety at this busy intersection
• Hideaway Brew Garden/Now Arena area - improved connections to the entertainment district
• Higgins Road - increased safety and connectivity along this major corridor
• Hoffman Estates High School - safer routes and better connections for students and families
